SIFAX’s New Ferry
From its newly commissioned modern jetty at Ebute Ojo Jetty, in Ojo Local Government Area of Lagos State, SIFAX group is venturing out with ferry services for the teeming population of Lagos residents.
The determination to change the face of water transportation in Lagos state by providing excellent and modern ferry services is what attracted the group into the ferry business.
The Managing Consultant to SIFAX Ferry Terminal Ojo, Captain Olugbade Ibrahim disclosed this in a statement to herald the commencement of the ferry services in the state.

The ferry services are billed to operate from its base in Ojo and will connect by water passengers to other areas of Lagos like Lekki, Ikorodu, Ikoyi, Epe and Marina CMS.
Already hundreds of commuters are receiving the coming of the new transport service of SIFAX with joy as they are being conveyed in comfortable, secure and safe boats to their destination daily.
According to SIFAX’s Olugbade “We are conscious of adding value and bringing new innovations to the waterway business. Our business goals and objectives are well aligned with that of Lagos State government in the massive development of the waterways.”
“This encouragement has prompted us to acquire these two ferries, which we are starting with, as we have plans to increase the number soon”
“The ferries we have are the same with what is obtainable in advanced countries. It is safe, fast, convenient, spacious, durable and manned by experts with tested experience. Our onboard safety procedure is excellent” added Olugbade.
